Those things which are targetted in ipad or iphone, windows come from desktop os. Chrome os is totally meant for Web, a faster, safer, simplest GUI based web access. There is no comparate os in the market to make a comparison to chrome OS. Unfortunatetly just like this article people are still living in destop space, where we basically wast tons of time configuring the desktop, making tweaks to look it nicer, changing themes and installing hours installing software which don't produce anything.
